Purchasing by credit card You can purchase a registration number using your credit card through our secure PayPal form. You will first need to provide us with your email address and computer number. You can find your computer number by running the software and opening the 'Purchase' window. The computer number will be different for each different computer. When you purchase a registration number, your customer details will be added to our database, and after your purchase has been confirmed, a registration number will be sent to your email address. The registration email can be printed out as a reciept for tax purposes. Purchasing by phone, fax or money order You can purchase over the phone by calling our payment processing facility at BMT Micro. Tell the sales representative that you wish to purchase 3D Flash Animator. You will be asked for your contact details and credit card details. You can also purchase by faxing an order form to BMT Micro, or by mailing the order form with a check or money order to BMT Micro. Once your order has been accepted, you will recieve a confirmation email from BMT Micro. You will also recieve an email from the 3DFA website containing a link which opens a page in the 3DFA website for you to continue your registration. For more information on BMT Micro, see www.bmtmicro.com. Registration numbers For each purchase, you will be allowed to ask for 2 registration numbers (one for work, and one for home). You can get your second registration number from the 'Update registration' page. If you reformat your hard drive, or if you buy a new computer, then your computer number will change. You may need to ask for a new registration number from our 'Update registration' page. Our system only allows you to recieve two new registration numbers every 14 days per purchase. Your email address is your key to our database. New registration numbers will always be sent to your email address. If your email address changes, and you need a new registration number, you will first need to give us your new email address by using our 'Change email' page. Our system only allows you to change your email address once every 14 days, or 7 days from your original purchase date. Security Credit card purchases are handled through PayPal's secure website or BMT Micro's payment processing services. We do not ask for, and we do not store any credit card details. 3DFA respects internet privacy. Under no circumstances will 3DFA ever give any information about its customers to any other company. We also never spam our customers with promotional emails. We want you to be happy with our software. That's why we invite you to try it before you buy. And because you know what you are buying from us, we do not offer refunds.
